Viewing your property
The Property Bank will manage the viewings process on your behalf. There is no need for you to take time out of your busy schedule to organise or conduct property viewings. We will liaise with prospective tenants, accompany them around the property, and, where suitable, progress them through to signing the tenancy agreement.
Free inventory preparation
Our full inventory preparation includes compiling a comprehensive record of your property’s contents, along with photographic evidence documenting its current condition.

Sign Up
Once we have received all the required documentation from the approved tenant and yourself, we will proceed to finalise their tenancy. At the same time, we will issue you with a draft rental agreement and request your signature to formally commence our contract with you.
Payments
We will issue your first payment to your nominated account one month from the commencement date of the Lease, payable in arrears.

We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.
We will where appropriate, make reasonable adjustments for consumers who might be disadvantaged because of factors such as their age, infirmity, disability, lack of knowledge, lack of linguistic or numeracy ability, economic circumstances, bereavement or do not speak English as a first language.
