About Us
The Property Bank provides our Landlords, Tenants, Vendors and Purchasers with many services including but not limited to; Advice, Estimate of Sale & Letting Price, Sales & Letting Management, Housing Benefit Applications and many other services. In order to provide these services, we operate an in-house computer system that contains personal data collected by our staff in order to provide you with the service requested. Initially, we will build a profile of you on our computer database, based on the information you have provided. If you have requested to join our mailing list, either through one of our offices or via our web-site, we will store the contact details you have given us. This will enable us to engage with you in a tailored and relevant manner.
The Data We Hold
We gather the following information about you:
Your name, title, nationality, home address, telephone numbers and email addresses In addition, we will hold the following other information, your search criteria for a suitable property, preferred location, tenure and budget. Also records of verbal or email conversations and meetings. A record of the communications we have sent to you and any responses to such communications. If you are claiming any sort of benefits we will also hold copies of your ID such as, Passport, Birth Certificates and Driving Licence.
What We Use Your Information For
Unless you have requested otherwise, the information you provide is used by The Property Bank to communicate with you for a variety of purposes, these may include:
Providing you with the services and information you have contracted with us to provide.
Complying with any lawful requests to share your data.
Updating Your Contact Details
We will update your data when we receive notification from yourself of any change in your contact details.
