At the end of the agreed term, the property will be returned in its original condition, allowing for fair wear and tear. Where a deposit has been paid by the Tenant, the cost of rectifying any damages will be deducted from that deposit.
Upon your instructions, we will initiate the legal eviction process using mandatory grounds to gain possession of the property.
The tenant will have direct contact with The Property Bank who have an appointed maintenance team to deal with any issues.
Whilst the property remains occupied, all utility bills will be the responsibility of the tenant. Our team will provide guidance to ensure the tenants correctly set up their accounts with their chosen suppliers.
