As your property management company, we will Guarantee the monthly rent of your property whilst it is occupied.
Payments
We will issue your first payment to your nominated account one month from the commencement date of the Lease, payable in arrears.

Fast & Regular Guaranteed Rental Payments
Our accounts team provides fast and reliable rental payments. Your rent will be transferred on the same day each month via BACS, directly into your nominated bank account.
Regular Inspections
The Property Bank understands how important it is to keep your property in excellent condition. We carry out regular inspections on all properties under our management.
During each visit, we ensure that tenants are complying with their tenancy agreement and maintaining the property to an appropriate standard.
Following the inspection, we will email you a detailed report to provide complete peace of mind.
Properties returned in original condition
We will ensure that your property is returned to its original condition at the end of the tenancy, taking into account fair wear and tear in accordance with DPS guidelines.
No Bills, No Council Tax & No Worries
We aim to make letting your property a smooth and straightforward process by taking full responsibility for all utility bills and council tax during the tenancy.
Our experienced lettings team will ensure that every account is transferred into the correct nominated name, meaning these obligations are no longer your responsibility.
