Our full inventory preparation involves making a comprehensive list of your property’s inventory, as well as supplying photographic evidence of its current condition. Comprehensive tenancy management
We take all the hassle of ensuring that tenants residing in your property abide by the Terms of their Agreement. Tenant hotline

Dedicated property manager
We will designate a dedicated property manager as your first point of call. Once you have signed up to our service, they will contact you to introduce themselves. Your property manager will provide you with regular updates and share any reports we have carried out e.g. from property inspections.
Payments
We will send your first payment to your nominated account one month from the date of the Lease in arrears. You will not have to wait until we find tenants for your property, as we will effectively become your tenant for the duration of the Lease.
